This website is operated by Sportsman Steel Safes, Inc. By using it you accept the terms below. They cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of sale — those are set out on your quote and invoice, and where the two differ, the invoice governs.

Prices and specifications

Prices, dimensions, weights, finishes and specifications shown on this site are published in good faith and are subject to change without notice. Shipping weights include wrapping, pallet and protective crating.

A price on this site is an invitation to ask for a quote, not a binding offer. Your price is the one on the written quote we give you. Freight, installation and any state or local taxes are quoted separately unless we say otherwise in writing.

Photographs and product appearance

Our safes and vault doors are built to order and many are one-offs. Photographs on this site show real units we have built, and the one you order may differ in colour, hardware, interior layout or trim. Where a photograph shows an option, that option is not necessarily included in the price next to it. If an exact detail matters to you, confirm it in writing before you order.

Claims about security and fire

Statements on this site about fire ratings, steel thicknesses, construction and our record describe our products as built and tested. No safe, vault door or shelter is proof against every possible attack, fire or disaster. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that any particular item will survive any particular event, and nothing here replaces the written warranty supplied with your product.

Use of this site

You may browse this site, and print or save pages for your own use in deciding what to buy. You may not:

• copy, republish or resell the content, photographs or page text,
• use our product photographs or company name to sell anything,
• scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site,
• interfere with the site or try to gain access to any part of it that is not public.

Who owns what is on here

The text, photographs, drawings, logos and design of this site belong to Sportsman Steel Safes, Inc. or are used with permission. “Sportsman Steel Safes” and the Sportsman Steel Safe Co. mark are ours. Other company and product names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Where we link to another website, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
