Panic-Room Release & the Jig-Saw Step Door
Internal Release Handle
Turn your vault door into a fully functional panic-room door. This 3/8″-thick, 6″ solid-steel internal release handle lets you open and lock your vault door from inside your walk-in vault, safe room or storm shelter. It’s welded directly to the internal bolt-work — lift it and the primary locking bar rotates and retracts the bolts, letting you exit safely. Perfect for panic rooms, safe rooms, storm-shelter doors, gun rooms and walk-in vaults. Not one internal release handle has failed in over 49 years. Every door also has a removable interior steel back panel for manual emergency access.
The Jig-Saw Door
Our Jig-Saw Doors are just like the doors found on $10,000 commercial safes — up to 3″ thick, built with a reverse step-system on the door and frame so they fit together like a jig-saw when closed, making them the most airtight in the industry. Each Jig-Saw Door has two gaskets: one Palusol® expandable gasket and one silicon hot-air seal. When a house catches fire, competitors’ heat-activated gaskets don’t start expanding for eight minutes — letting hot air into the safe. Our second hot-air seal reroutes heat back over the expandable gasket a second time, keeping heat out and expanding the gasket twice as fast.

Yes. Our doors feature AR500 ballistic steel and have never been breached by pry, drill, or torch attacks in almost 49 years.

Doors can be built in any size, with inward or outward swinging configurations, and because we are factory direct our prices run up to 60% under our competitors’.
